Partnerships with Parents

At Little Sparks partnership with parents is vital, we aim to make all our parents, carers and children feel a valued member of the Little Sparks Family
All our children are assigned a keyworker who completes your child's daily diary, online learning journey and monthly assessments.
We hold a parent's evening twice a year and offer an open doors policy to allow parents/carers to stay and play or talk to the staff at any time.
Our monthly newsletters provide parents with upcoming events and ways to be involved in the nursery such as coffee mornings, stay and play events and even our very own parents committee.  It also provides information on staff training and nursery news.
We value our parents/carers thoughts and seek regular feedback on our care for both you and your child

Parents can freely add comments and ideas to our comments board within reception, send them in via email or simply chat to one of our staff members.
Our online learning journey system, "Connect", is secure and password protected allowing parents/carers to see videos and photos of your child at nursery and also provides another system to communicate with your child's keyworker through the communication feature or just use the communication book provided.

It is vital to us that we ensure that all our parents/carers needs are met which is why we provide a variety of communication tools to meet your individual needs and keep you up to date with nursery life.
