Parents
Our Partnership With Parents
Parents play a crucial role in our curriculum, from letting us know what their child can do, is interested in and what intrigues them. Daily communication with practitioners gives us up to date knowledge of the children we support. We also encourage parents to update their child’s ‘All About Me’ termly and invite them to our parent breakfasts and evenings each term.
Throughout the year we organise several events to involve parents and support learning in the home environment, including space day, Easter, home reading and room bears etc.
Our family support workers support parents and families who seek extra help and support in the home including sleep routines, behaviour management, eating, potty training and much more. Available during term time, they also offer home visits as part of their daily work within the nursery.
Keeping Your Little Ones Safe
At Tree Toppers we take safety and security very seriously.
All staff are DBS checked and are on the regular update service.
We have cameras fitted throughout the nursery that ensure both staff and children’s safety. Our Nursery Manager can readily check the CCTV footage if an issue was to arise.
Entry to Tree Toppers is via a secure front door which is answered by a member of staff, via an intercom system.
